Star Launches ‘Star Music’ Application
Nigerian celebrities gathered last
week Wednesday (February 27th) at the Civic Center, Victoria Island,
Lagos to celebrate the launch of the Star Music app.
The mobile application is the first of its kind and the latest brand
offering from the makers of Star Lager beer, Nigerian Breweries. The
star-studded event, which was hosted by superstar Wizkid, was an
exciting experience, as Star took the audience on a journey through its
numerous accomplishments in the Nigerian entertainment sector. Other
celebrity guests at the event were Tuface Idibia, Weird MC, Colette
Otusheso, Toni Kan, Ruggedman, Toolz, amongst others.
According to Nigeria Breweries;
Star Music, a first of its kind music portal, will provide 100% entertainment content and is partnering with some of the biggest names in the Nigerian entertainment sector MTV BASE and Nigerian Entertainment Today. It will also have some of the most prolific writers and some of the trendiest artistes in the Nigerian entertainment circuit as part of the team that’ll deliver exciting content to users 24/7. Star Music is available on several mobile operating systems, including Android, Java, Blackberry, iPhone,iPAD and Google Play; as well as on a dedicated mobile site.
